Oakland Tribune article about Memorial Stadium
http://www.insidebayarea.com/cal-sports/ci_12798140
Some key tidbits from the article:
* For $40,000 to $225,000, fans can have ticket-holder rights to a seat for 50 years. Already 1,900 of the 3,000 seats up for grabs have been purchased, Rosselli said. The 3,000 seats are about 5 percent of the stadium's total seating.
* About 70 percent of the most desirable seats — the University Club, priced at $225,000, $200,000 and $175,000 — have been sold. Stadium Club seats, one grade lower, go for $125,000, $100,000 and $75,000, and about 95 percent of those seats are sold.
* Field Level Club seats are priced at $60,000, $50,000 and $40,000 and roughly half the field level seats have sold. Roselli said fans aren't doing anything different from they've always done other than making a long-term commitment.
